Return Policy
Returns must be approved within 7 business days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in new condition. Melted chocolate may not be returned unless it arrived as such, and we are notified immediately. Please contact us before returning any item, as you must have an authorization code before return shipment is made. Customized mugs may not be returned unless the misprint is our error. Back Order Policy We will let you know by e-mail if items are out of stock, and when the item is expected. You may choose to have the product shipped automatically upon arrival, or be notified when back in stock. Shipping Policy For Chocolate Gift Sets and Designer Mugs: Products usually ship within 7-10 business days out of Olympia, Washington. Rush orders may incur extra charges, and are possible, time permitting. Please contact us regarding the time restrictions for your gift or event. Shipments with chocolate are sent second day air with a cold pack from May through September, due to the high likelihood of melting. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the package has been shipped. Once you receive your package, make sure to keep the chocolate in a protected area, as chocolate free of waxes can melt in the sun, in a warm car, or in temperatures over 97 degrees. Shipments which don't contain hard chocolate (e.g. mugs, Activ drink, or cookies) ship FedEx Ground. For Wine and Chocolate Gift Sets: Wine and Chocolate Gift Sets are sent directly from the winery next day air, and only within Washington State. Someone of legal drinking age (21) must sign for the package. You will receive a phone call confirmation of the order, and credit card information will be taken at that time. For full boxes of Xoçai Chocolate, shipped directly from MXI Corp. warehouse: Each case shipped from the MXI warehouse costs a flat rate of $15.00 S&H in the U.S. (varies for other countries), and averages the cost of shipping throughout the US via UPS ground or 2nd day air with a cold packs as needed (May through September, due to the high likelihood of melting). At MXI Corp, we appreciate your patience with product shipping. We have changed our shipping system to allow for smoother communication and increased efficiency. Because of the changes our orders will be sent in printed lists to the warehouse directly; therefore, there is no way to change product orders, or to change the numerical order in which they are printed once they have been sent. The warehouse will receive a shipping label and an invoice; this will eliminate the possibility of sending emergency product to distributors who are having shows. Please place all product orders well in advance to arrive before any events that you will be hosting. If you wish to have product sent second-day air or overnight, please fax those orders to the Customer Service Department so they can receive the priority required to ship them to you in a timely manner. The cost for requested second-day shipments is $20.00 per case and overnight is $50.00 per case. Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we continue our exciting growth. Damaged Goods Policy Damaged goods must be reported within 2 days, and instructions will be send for return of the product. Returns without an authorization will not be accepted.
